Our goal is to keep you accountable. Therefore we have an 4 hour cancellation policy for all group classes. This ensures we have enough time to offer this spot to someone else. Class credit will be added back to your account if you cancel with 4 hours notice, otherwise you will lose that credit. Please contact us at natasha@sagesocietyfitness.com if there is an emergency or critical reason why you need to cancel last minute and we will review on a case by case basis.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for personal training sessions. Please cancel or reschedule accordingly in order to keep that session. Last minute cancellations  (less than 4 hours) or no shows will result in a 100% charge for that session. More than 4 hours notice will result in a 50% charge for that session.

We are a family friendly facility therefore children are welcome! That being said, if there is no formal childcare offered for that class time we can only have children who are old enough to be present with minimal supervision (e.g. school-aged children) or babies in carseats in order to not disrupt the class. If childcare is offered for that hour you are expected to register your child in the childcare program.

Absolutely. Although we have classes tailored to new moms, the majority of our classes are for women of all ages. We specialize in working with women from pre-conception to menopause, those with prior injuries or need for modifications, as well as those returning to fitness after an extended break. Sage Society is a place to come just as you are. No competition, just the expectation to challenge yourself at your current level and be a supportive member of the community.

All participants must register ahead of time. Have your friend make her own account and utilize our free class option to join you. We would love to see you both there.

We are sad to see you go! Please email natasha@sagesocietyfitness.com to cancel or pause your membership at least 7 days before your next billing date. Otherwise it will be cancelled before the following billing date. You can view your billing dates in your PushPress account under ‘memberships’. Classes are designed to progress up in intensity so you can challenge yourself in new ways. If you are starting right away having a baby we recommend the Mom & Me or Beginner (postpartum) strength class. Our next level, the Signature Strength Fusion class is all levels and is a mixture of strength training, circuit training, core and stretching. Our most advanced class is the HIIT bootcamp, this is best for those who have been exercising regularly or want to take it to the next level. If you are nervous about trying a class feel free to book a 1:1 personal training session and we can design a program just for you.

Occasionally throughout the year we will offer discounts and special promotions for new or returning members. Keep an eye on your email for updates. We also offer some  free community classes that members and non-members can participate in. Spaces are limited so make sure to sign up early.

Our studio is by appointment only. Book your class or training sessions ahead of time to ensure you have a spot. We do offer open gym hours with childcare if you’d like to come workout on your own during those specific times.
